Chicken Sauce Piquant
This one is for my Daddy. It's his favorite! I season the chicken with Panola Poultry Seasoning, then brown it. The fresh white onions and celery are sauteed in the pan drippings. This is what makes the gravy so divine. I add some rotel and homemade tomato sauce before returning the chicken to simmer. With the addition of a small amount of Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce, along with the browned onions and celery, the gravy is a dark, rich rust colored sauce - not a typical Ragu colored spaghetti sauce. Serve it over Panola Popcorn rice (white or brown) and a side of green beans for a complete meal. My Dad always wants a biscuit with his so that he can sop up the gravy. It will come in the usual 8 x 8 aluminum pan with 1/2 chicken. (1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg, and 1 wing) $26.00

Beef Enchiladas
They are made with lean ground beef, flour tortillas, and a creamy cheese sauce. Come home from work or hauling kids, kick back, have some chips and salsa with a margarita and finish with these delicious enchiladas. You won't regret it. $24.00
