Tuesday December 22nd Delivery and Christmas Specials

It is hard for me to write this but this will be my last menu. I have made a decision to go work with my Daddy and my husband at Panola Pepper. With my marketing background and cooking skills, I hope that I can help take the family business to the next level.

I would like to thank all of you for the amazing support and words of praise you've expressed to me over the last year. I have thoroughly enjoyed cooking the many meals for your family and hope you enjoyed them as well. If you ever need (or crave) a certain dish, I would be happy to make special orders. Just send me an email if you need anything.

Without further a due, here is my last menu.

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
This is a great item to serve your family on Christmas eve while you all sit around and enjoy each others company and talk about the real meaning of Christmas. It is a tradition in my family that I thought I would share with you all. If you already have dinner plans for Christmas Eve, then as all Louisianaians know, gumbo is great whenever! $16/ quart.
I can also make a seafood gumbo for $22/quart
It will not come with the rice, but I suggest serving it over the Panola Popcorn Rice. This rice also comes in a brown rice that is by far the best brown rice on the market.

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti
This is back by popular demand. I let the cat out of the bag this weekend to a customer/friend about having a final menu, and she begged for Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti. So, Ann, here it is!
If you haven't had this one yet, I take roasted chicken and combine it with a cheesy cream sauce made of cream cheese, Velveeta, sour cream, cheddar, rotel, and other spices (Panola spices of course) all over spaghetti noodles and topped with more cheddar cheese. YUMMY!!! Great comfort food! $25.00

Cheesy Sausage Casserole
This is a recipe that my friend, Kim, shared with me many years ago. It will be prefect for Christmas morning. The children are playing with all the new toys Santa brought, and you are enjoying your coffee while watching the excitement and magic of Christmas. So, don't miss a minute of the fun to go cook. Pop in this casserole and continue to enjoy your family.
The casserole is sauteed pork sausage combined with cream cheese and colby jack cheese layered between crescent rolls. Simple and delicious! $23.00

Spinach Madeline
The classic side dish! It is a combination of chopped spinach with sauteed onions mixed with a Bechamel sauce, garlic cheese, and Panola Worcestershire sauce. I topped it with Italian style bread crumbs and fresh parmesan cheese. It is so yummy that even my children eat it......spinach makes their muscles big like Popeye. $18.00
