Pasta Bolognese
A combination of lean ground beef and pork sausage, sauteed with onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms, and carrots, then simmered in a tomato red wine sauce. It's a hearty delicious pasta that would be perfect with a slice of garlic cheese bread and a glass of Red Zinfandel. $24.00 wheat $25.00

Crawfish Etouffee
One of the classic Louisiana dishes, and Carter, my oldest son's favorite.
I will incorporate some of the great Panola Products such as Panola Gourmet Sauce and Panola Popcorn Rice. The sauce is a thick aged sauce that adds a lot of flavor without over powering the dish with heat. The rice is an aromatic long grain rice that adds great texture to the dish. I can make it with white or brown rice. Also, I only use Louisiana crawfish. For a quick, yet delicious meal, serve this with your family's favorite veggie and a salad. $24.00, brown rice $25.00
