This dish has sauteed onions, bell peppers, and fresh mushrooms added to a cream cheese crawfish sauce mixed with rice and topped with cheese and fried onion rings. It is really delicious! I would serve it with steamed asparagus, salad and rolls. I can make it with brown rice for an additional $2 if you prefer. $31.50
