Crawfish Monica
If you haven't had this dish, it is green onions and garlic sauteed in a little butter then add to cream and cooked down slowly until slightly reduced. Then the crawfish are add and some special seasonings. Served over pasta and topped with parmesan. It is an alferdo type sauce. Goes great with French bread (for dipping in the sauce) and a salad. For the grown-ups, a glass of Pinot Griogo is a great accompaniment. $27.20

Tender moist chicken combined with wild rice and special seasonings for a simple and delicious entree. Serve with fresh green beans and you have a complete meal. $17.65
