Tuesday, April 7th Delivery
Artichoke Soup
For those that want a little something on the lighter side. This soup can be ordered with or without oysters. It is light and flavorful! My husband loves to go to Fourchon, so he will use any excuse he can to get down there. He will pick up the fresh oysters off the boat and call me with the price. $16.25/quart without oysters $16.25+market price of oysters for a quart with oysters

Smoked Chicken and Andouille Pasta
Don't laugh, but I got a new toy. A smoker!!! I hope you all like smoked dishes. The creation of this dish was driven by the delectable smoked chicken that my new smoker produced. By marrying this chicken with a mild andouille sausage a savory pasta dish was created. $26.30

Easter Specials: Thursday, April 9th Delivery
There will not be a Tuesday, April 14th delivery due to Easter. But.....I will be offering some specials that I will deliver on Thursday, April 9th.

Goat Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
The tenderloin is prepared and ready for oven insertion. I top this with a red wine currant sauce. The sauce will be prepared for you to simply baste on the tenderloin. Don't be scared of the red wine currant sauce. It is mild and adds moisture to the tenderloin. This would be great to serve as Easter dinner if you don't feel like cooking. $22.85 for 2 tenderloins

Smoked Grits Casseroles
These grits will compliment, or as I looked at my husband's plate, steal the attention of your casual or formal brunch, Easter dinner, or late night snack. The fresh ham, smoked at our home, defines the strength of this dish as a proper compliment to any table. $22.25
