- I am a stay at home Mom with a passion for my family. I believe every family should sit down at the family table at least one to two times a week to enjoy a home cooked meal. I realize that with work and our over scheduled lives it is very hard to find time to cook. I want to make your life a little easier. Let me cook for you! I will post 2 - 3 different casseroles each week, that I will cook and freeze. You just let me know what you want by midnight on Friday, and I will deliver your home cooked dinner on Tuesday.
